Welcome to my world of gaming
Anyway, I have a few favorite video games. When I was younger I would play Minecraft a lot. I played it on different platforms like PC, iPhone and the console. Here you may watch me play the game on Xbox One and listen to my live commentary. Recently, I have been playing Forza Horizon 4 on Xbox One. I plan on publishing some more videos focusing on my gaming experience while playing the two games with my live commentary. Please, stay tuned for video updates! 
Learn the lingo: a few gaming terms you should know well
There are many kinds of video games out there. A video game is defined as an electronic game involving interaction with a user interface to generate visual feedback on two- or three-dimensional video display device such as a TV screen, virtual reality headset or computer monitor (Wikipedia). The electronic systems used to play video games are called platforms. Video games are developed and released for one or several platforms and may not be available on others. Specialized platforms such as arcade games, which present the game in a large, typically coin-operated chassis, were common in the 1980s in video arcades, but declined in popularity as other, more affordable platforms became available. These include dedicated devices such as video game consoles, as well as general-purpose computers like a laptop, desktop or handheld computing devices.
The input device used for games, the game controller, varies across platforms. Common controllers include gamepads, joysticks, mouse devices, keyboards, the touchscreens of mobile devices, or even a person's body, using a Kinect sensor.
Economic and social impact
Video games have become an increasingly important part of the entertainment industry. It has been shown that action video game players have better hand–eye coordination and visuo-motor skills, such as their resistance to distraction, their sensitivity to information in the peripheral vision and their ability to count briefly presented objects, than nonplayers. The positive and negative characteristics and effects of video games are the subject of scientific study. Results of investigations into links between video games and addiction, aggression, violence, social development, and a variety of stereotyping issues are debated. A study was done that showed that young people who have had a greater exposure to violence in video games ended up behaving more aggressively towards people in a social environment.
Objections to video games
In 2018, the World Health Organization declared "gaming disorder" a mental disorder for people who are addicted to video games. Studies have shown video games can negatively effect health and mental state for some players.
All in all I try not to spend too much time playing video games. Well, as you can guess, my parents greatly support me in terms of obeying a proper time regime...
